The Connecticut Lazers youth hockey programs are designed with a strong emphasis on development. Each player will be individually assessed and given goals for their improvement. All levels will have a minimum of two full ice practices per week. Teams will play approximately forty games and will participate in two to three tournaments during the season.

Players selected will improve their hockey skills and knowledge of the game through on and off ice drills, conditioning, and specialized training sessions. They will be taught the value of hard work and the importance of being part of a team. The goal of the Lazers is to help each player reach their potential as an athlete and instill the self-discipline, respect, and determination that will make them successful both on and off the ice.
